Hey guys. So it's been forever since I put anything up, I know. I'm sorry. But this is me going as Cecil Palmer from Welcome to Night Vale. It was originally for Halloween, but has now been added to my to my permanent cosplay roster. Because for a thing thrown together in 10 minutes, it looks pretty good.
